We've been trying to get more reviews from our clients, and at the moment we have over a 100 five-star reviews on TrustPilot, but very little reviews on Capterra (only 13 reviews left so far).
We've had issues with TrustPilot deleting reviews, because they think the reviews aren't genuine, even though we have provided evidence our clients went onto their website via a button on our platform. They don't seem to respond when we ask for those reviews to be reinstated.
We also started off using Capterra, but their validation process has too many steps, and it doesn't seem many clients like to go through the verification process.
What other platforms are good for SaaS companies to get reviews?
What other methods can we use to get clients to leave us reviews?
