After 20+ years with the same job, and having received no raise in over 5 years and having health care taken away has pushed me to consider a break. I’m under no contract. I am planning to take a large client with me in my new startup, and offering a similar service with some major key differences in terms of quality, conduct, ethics and compliance with rules and regulations. Should I be concerned about being sued?
