leave and get 0 profit ir go all in?

Hi everyone,

I have 25% Share of an automotive metalic components factory. 5 years after starting we have 2M€ revenue, estimating to rise 1M/year until 2024 with new contracts. I AM the CFO. My 2 partners are engineers and they have great tecnhical knowledge, but they are not strong at management and production is not very profitable at first. I trusted their engineering skills, but I have recently come to a conclusion that they dont work on fact basis, its Pure instincs and my advices have been disregarded Over and over. They usually do what I Said a few months later, and it scares the shit out of me and pisses me off Company is heavily on debt, but with recent new contracts it pays debt in 3years if they get their shit together and focus for once. I offered to sell my Share at cost price if they convinced banks to remove my personal warranty on debt. I own house and have savings. They own nothing and I think they are all or nothing... They accepted my deal, but ONLY after 2 weeks we got these great new deals and I AM wondering: should I cancel it? I mean, I could always divorce, have my wife take all assets and keep on the business, work as usual, see if they Learn and improve. What would you do??? Thank you very much
