The hardest part is getting small business owners to open up to me about what they are doing to protect themselves. Often they willl say "We have it under control" or "we do it all in-house." Or "I have a lawyer friend I'm using." And these shut the conversation down. What I really want to get at are the issues that may keep them up at night when it comes to their staff.
