How much should I charge for a data recovery? It was my first time doing one and it

I'm a math tutor who occasionally does computer repair work on the side. One of my students' parents has an old MacBook that had died and they wanted me to get the files off of it. It turned out to be pretty easy: just needed to pull the hard drive out and copy the files. I've spent maybe 4 hours on the project total.

I'm trying to figure out how much to charge for this (I'm in California if that matters). Data recovery services I see online seem to start around $300. I want to give this family a good deal; I'm thinking maybe $200? Do you guys have advice?
