I am a 2022 graduate with computer science. I wanted to be an entrepreneur from the start , so after I graduate I worked on some ideas and finally got something that I can work on and I completed a prototype and understood things about the next step(like pitch deck, Market research, funding and all). I talked with some angel investors and government schemes for startups. Most of them suggested that I should do Market research, improve product, or make it running before funding.
With that I also realise some points - I lack skills to explain what I am thinking in general . There are so many thoughts so I can't explain to you what exactly it is perfectly. - I am so much worse in public speaking - My english sucks(although it's secondary language but most of people expect founders to pitch in English) - I don't have personality (I move from village to tier 1 city) - I don't have a co-founder - I don't have any experience - I can't make an MVP alone( although I know development but it's gonna be very much hard to complete it alone )
So no matter how hard I try first I need to change my self.
What I have is a little bit of money so I don't have to worry about it for a year and I can certainly make an MVP by hiring someone and full support form my family.
Now I have two paths. 1. hire some to make an MVP. Along with trying some Market research and finding customers so I can deliver pitch with numbers.
- Wait! Find a job(it's gonna take a complete 1 month of preparation to get a good job) , improve my lifestyle, change myself, attend more seminars, try public speaking , find someone of my mindset, along with work on MVP only in remaining time ( although it will be very few).
1st path I think I will be able to make numbers in 3/4 months but I am not certain, On the second path it will take 1/2 year to get numbers but I will have really more chances and I don't have to worry if it doesn't work
One thing for sure:- I don't have any doubts on my idea, I know it's gonna work but what I doubt is am I capable of making it work .
Does the idea matter more Or team/founder?
What's your opinion? What should I choose?
