Payroll company meltdown

I’ve been reporting W2 errors to my PR company for about 6 weeks. I have 3 tickets open and I’m getting no support. Two of my employees have inaccuracies on their W2s. The company was incredible for many years but the last year has been sketchy. Questionable support, software issues, etc. My immediate need is to have correct W2s for my employees. I can deal with the W3 correction at a later date. What are my immediate options? Thanks in advance!
