So I’m building and app, my business model would be advertising and a subscription that offers additional features like Twitter Blue. My question is, should I make the subscription free when I release the app or should I just keep it as a paid subscription. The thing is, If I make it free, and then makenIt paid, I don’t want users to stop using the app. What would y’all recommend.
