LLC vs Sole proprietorship

For some context, I have a relative who is a pilot and uses his company card to take Uber and Lyfts back and forth between the airport and his house several times throughout the month. This cost totals about 70$ one way, I figured I could open a company just to exclusively drive him back and forth as a side hustle. This is because he needs some sort of receipt/invoice while using the company card. Even if I totaled a few hundred a month in revenue would it make sense to open a LLC or SP to accomplish this? If so could I potentially have some tax benefits for my vehicle?
