How do I approach and ask for advice from a business owner?

I am hoping I could talk to a business owner about her business that she’s been in for decades.

Planning I could start a small business similar to hers in a different country.

Do you think she will mind? How should I approach this as I email her? What are good questions to ask someone like her?

I am somewhat intimated but at the same time I know this is something I should do to get insights and advice from someone like her.
