What do I need to know before starting a Two wheeler EV/ batteries business?

Hello fellow businessmen and entrepreneurs. I write this post as an 18 year old who is helping his dad to start a dealership for two wheeler EVs and retail batteries, basically an all in one store which we plan to start in our own commercial building we own (around 2000 sq ft). We have a meeting with the company people tomorrow and they have asked me to prepare a questionnaire for them. As I am 18 and do not understand technical terms very much, what would be some good questions to prepare and ask them to get to know the dealership business better? Any help/queries would be appreciated.
