We make a physical product, and it is too big/heavy to fit any of the easy export small package deals most logistics companies offer. All of our sales have been in the USA and we have been getting requests to sell overseas and Canada. No one on the team (4-5) people have much experience with import/export, since 90% of the raw material is made in the USA as well (10% off the shelf material, mexico). We were thinking of just opening sale to Canada first as a test and was wondering if anyone here had some advice/good resources to learn from.
